Brad Billon, Vice President - North America
37 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Brad Billon currently serves as the Vice President, North America, for Anchor USA, overseeing operations for Anchor USA and Canada. Before joining Anchor USA in 2014, Billon worked for over 30 years in the oilfield services sector, specializing in Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control, and Drilling Waste Management. He has held numerous technical, sales, and operational management positions that managed or supported the land and offshore business in North America and abroad. Billon received his degree in Petroleum Technology from Nicholls State University in Louisiana in 1982.

Chris Pennington, Northeast Regional Manager
26 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Chris Pennington is currently the Northeast Regional Manager for QMax. With previous experience in the Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma basin, Arkoma Basin, Fayetteville Shale, and Utica and Marcellus areas, Pennington has held numerous positions, including Rig Manager, Mud Engineer, and Ops Manager. He has specialized in fields such as Diesel and Synthetic Based Fluids, Air Drilling, Water Drilling, and LSND systems. He has been trained in numerous areas across the industry, including BOP prevention and well control, eventually joining Anchor Drilling Fluids in 2006.

Brad Cocheran, Mid-Continent Regional Manager
19 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Brad Cocheran currently serves as the Mid-Continent Regional Manager for QMax. Beginning his career on drilling rigs, he first became a Drilling Fluids Engineer in 2005. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in Drilling Fluids, Solids Control, Drilling Waste Management, and Transportation. Before joining QMax, Cocheran has held various positions in the industry, including Engineer Manager, Operations Manager, Operations and Warehouse Manager, and Regional Manager. He has owned and operated multiple independent facilities, specializing in drilling fluids, OBM, and oilfield trucking. Cocheran has a Business Degree from Southwestern Christian University.

Erin Brayer, Rockies Regional Manager
26 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Erin Brayer currently serves as Regional Manager for USA Rockies / Canada, for QMax, supervising operations for Anchor USA Rockies and QMax Canada. Before joining QMax in 2015, Erin worked for over 22 years in the oilfield drilling services sector, specializing in Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control, and Drilling Waste Management. He has held numerous technical, sales, and operational management positions that managed, supplied or supported the land business in North America. Brayer received a Diploma in Processing and Value added marketing from Olds Agricultural College in Canada in 1993.

Brad Veale, West Texas Regional Manager
15 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Brad Veale currently serves as the Regional Manager, Permian Basin, for Anchor USA, overseeing operations for Drilling Fluids, Corrosion Fluids, Completions/Production Fluids and Solids Control business lines.  Before joining Anchor USA in 2010, Veale worked in operations for an oilfield service company specializing in drilling fluids and solids control.  Veale has held multiple managing, engineering and supervisory positions throughout his career in several different regions throughout the United States.  Veale received his Bachelor of Science from TCU in Fort Worth, Texas in 2005.

Michael Karonka, South Texas/Northeast Louisiana Area Manager
25 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

Michael Karonka currently serves as the Regional Manager for the South Texas - North Louisiana region. Karonka has 25+ years’ experience in Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control and Waste Management on U.S. Land and Offshore Gulf of Mexico. Beginning his career as a field engineer, he progressed through positions of Operations Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Manager, Engineering Manager, and Area Manager, to eventually become Regional Manager.

David Heriard, U.S. Director of Sales
38 Years of Oil and Gas Experience

As Director of Sales for the U.S., David Heriard is responsible for leading the sales team, developing business for all product lines, maintaining customer relations, negotiation and strategizing for tenders, and representing QMax at industry events such as SPE and AADE tradeshows. David has 19 years of experience in the oilfield services sector, specializing in Drilling and Completion Fluids, Solids Control, and Drilling Waste Management. David has held numerous technical, sales, and operational management positions that managed or supported the land and Deepwater Offshore business in North America and abroad. Prior to working in the oilfield services sector, David worked for an offshore drilling contractor for 13 years and also worked as a Deepwater Drilling Supervisor for LLOG Exploration for 6 years.
