Total Backyard Management
Rig backyard operations are often split between multiple service providers, where communication and coordination are limited, leading to inefficient operations. Anchor USA’s Total Backyard Management solution provides a single point of accountability and management for the rig backyard by consolidating solids control and waste management, resulting in maximum return on investment for our customers. Along with coordination and management of equipment, third-party services, and haul-off and disposal services, Anchor USA provides customers with detailed data collection, reporting, and analysis for process optimization.
Delivering effective solids control solutions that are flexible, cost-effective, and customized with consistent, reliable outcomes are of the highest importance. Partnering with Anchor USA, you rely on a seasoned partner with experienced field and site supervisors, along with operating technicians with solids control experience ensuring a seamless, reliable operation. We deliver services using skid-mounted equipment suitable for traditional operations or using mobile processing units that can provide on-demand service.
MUDSTRIPPER™ Water Conservation Technology
MUDSTRIPPER, Anchor USA’s innovative water conservation technology, cuts water consumption in drilling operations by as much as 75%. In the Permian Basin alone, MUDSTRIPPER technology has been used on more than 2,400 wells, reducing solids control footprint by approximately 35% and re fluids for drilling from 25,000 bbls to 5,700 bbls per well.
Anchor USA offers a full line of high performance, variable speed decanting centrifuges that are designed for heavy-duty operations and high quality solids control. Our centrifuges provide maximum solids recovery with a small footprint, and are capable of handling large amounts of feed solids while achieving extraordinary separation performance.
We offer a line of innovative, high-volume balanced linear and elliptical motion shale shakers. Known for their simple design, low maintenance, and high reliability, our shakers are designed to consistently achieve high throughput and optimum performance for the most challenging drilling applications.
Anchor USA has provided screen panels in the U.S. for more than 30 years and is APT RP 13C (ISO 13501) compliant. Our unmatched selection of screens deliver the same high performance and reliability as our expansive family of solids control solutions, and we have experienced personnel in every major U.S. basin to support your needs.
We offer Mobile Dewatering Trailers that are designed to coagulate and flocculate solids from the active mud system, allowing for easy removal by the centrifuge. Our compact units reduce fine solids and haul-off, resulting in higher production rates and limiting potential damage to reservoir zones.
Drilling Waste Management
Improper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste can pose a serious threat to human health and the environment. Anchor USA provides our customers with economic and effective solutions that minimize waste, maximizing fluids recovery, reducing your costs, and extending the lifespan of your well.
Total Backyard Management
Anchor USA has helped operators add value to more than 300 Permian Basin wells with major backyard equipment suites utilizing Total Backyard Management (TBM). Deploying a TBM approach resulted in lower fluids replacement costs, lower haul-off and disposal volumes and costs, and decreased risk of transportation-related motor vehicle accidents.
Mud Vacuum Systems - 30hp to 100hp
Anchor USA provides mud vacuum systems that consist of a modular combined system for tank cleaning, and are ideal for both onshore and offshore applications due to high portability and durability. Our mud vacuums are designed to efficiently carry out spray-scour cleaning and purge solids buildup, in addition to containing fluid wastes and spills.
Waste Water Treatment & Recycling
Our team ensures we are in full compliance with environmental and safety standards for every drilling project. In order to minimize the occurrence of hazardous wastes, we offer options for waste treatment, recovery, and recycling. Waste water treatment can help reduce the volume and toxicity of waste, while recycling incorporates an open-loop process, collecting and remanufacturing the waste materials for new purposes.
Drill Cuttings Drying & Fluids Recovery
Anchor USA offers a unique, patent-pending mobile dryer unit (MDU), as well as a patented skid-mounted dryer (SMD) as a part of our drilling waste management services. Dryers have proven to be the most effective process to recover maximum oil-based drilling fluids from drill cuttings and can help to reduce drilling waste by 50%.
