Anchor Drilling Fluids is committed to the continuous improvement of environmental, health and safety performance to help achieve the greatest benefit for our customers, communities and employees.
Environmental, health and safety considerations are a core component in existing operations and in the planning and design of new and expanded operations. Anchor strives to promote environmental, health and safety awareness among our customers and in the communities where we operate.
Anchor intends to cooperate and coordinate, in the spirit of partnership, with local, state and federal authorities and other stakeholders on environmental, health and safety matters and incidents.
Each employee is responsible for compliance with environmental and safety policy and for implementing the policy within his or her area of responsibility.
Anchor is a member of the PEC/Premier Safety Management program and ISNetworld and we welcome collaboration on environmental and safety matters with our customers. Anchor is committed to training and awareness among all employees. Routine safety meetings and training are provided at all levels including numerous continued education classes and seminars on safety and environmental programs. Each of Anchor's truck drivers and warehousemen have Commercial Drivers Licenses, are trained forklift operators, are D.O.T. compliant and have Hazmat training.
